How Can Delayed Periods Be Treated?

My all pregnancy test are negative. I got my proper periods on 21 feb 2018 and in March I got my periods on 18th but not as my normal period only for less than two days with light color and without any clot. Usually I have 3.5 days bleeding with heavy flow. So I thought I can be pregnant but I have gone through to every test and it’s negative but after a week I had cramps, headache, severe lower back pain, fever too.. the only hope I have left is endometrial thickness which is 12.5mm she said either you will get your periods soon or you are pregnant and it’s 10 days I haven’t get my periods. So what you will suggest?

You might require an ultrasound scan for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query.
