Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Antidepressants works well for both anxiety and depression on long term basis so it's better you take antidepressants by a consultant psychiatrist which which makes you feel better. Regarding blurred vision, it's always better to consult an ophthalmologist and take his valuable opinion.

Cognitive behaviour therapy is one modality of treatment which makes you feel better by changing your thoughts followed by changes in your behaviour, so taking cognitive behaviour therapy always helps you feel better

I hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any further questions.
