How Can Depression Along With Appetite Loss Be Treated?

I ve been on trintellix for almost 2 weeks. My depression isn t going away. All I seem to do is sleep, not much of an appetite, constipation and feeling weird in my head. I have no interest in anything. I guess it s all about money, nothings free. Even when it comes to some ones life.

You must understand the difference between depression and disappointment, anguish, distress etc. Disappointment, distress, anguish, worries etc can cause the same symptoms as in the case of depression. But these symptoms do not last long. Also there is no need of any medicines.

I wish to know whether you were deeply disappointed in the near past ? Counseling and general psychotherapy should help you overcome the depression symptoms in this case.

Hi and thanks for question.
u have symptoms of depression and anxiety and u r on treatment since 15 days, i will tell u that psychotropic drug effect start with 10-15 days of continues intake. if u took for 15 days than i will suggest u take for more 10 days than if it not works than we will start add on therapy or change medication.
