How Can Depression Along With Dizziness And Dry Eyes Be Treated?

Hi. My mom has had SEVERAL symptoms over the years and nobody has been able to bring her relief. To my knowledge this is the order: twisted either ankle or knee missing the bottom step of the stairs, then supposedly because of being laid up recooping that injury developed something with a never in her pelvic cavity. Developed neuropathy in her legs, has sleep issues, depressed, dry eyes, teeth/jaw chattering even while sleeping at times, dizzy, trouble balancing (appears as if she s drunk) and was sent to physical therapy because when she fell she was literally a turtle on her back and could not get up. They said she had no use of her abdominal muscles but now after an MRI they said (paraphrasing as I wasn t there) that there appears to be cerebral spinal fluid on or in - not sure which - her brain. Would this finding explain some of the issues above? She said the doctor said it could be helped with either medicine or surgery to place a stunt.... if that helps to confirm the diagnosis. Realizing you know nothing about her case and issues what would you think might be coming down the pike? Thank you

hello
first of all d age of your mother is an Important factor to consider n also the comorbid factors like if she is diabetic or hypertensive. also d duration and extent of her neuropathy. All I can suggest that if she is suffering trouble sleep, has lost appetite and is fatigued then she is most likely depressed for which you need to consult a psychiatrist. About the MRI which was improperly explained, we need to know exactly what d report said. And the loss of balance can be both due to dance to middle ear as well as the brain, so consulting both a neurologist as well as an ENT specialist would be wise.
I hope I could be of some assistance n wish you good luck.
thank you.
