How Can Diabetes In A Person For Over 60 Years Be Treated While On Insulin And An Appropriate Diet?
I have been a diabetic since I was a child. I am insulin dependent. I exercise for at least 20 minutes a day except on weekends. I am careful about my diet and take my insulin as prescribed. What else can I do? Incidentally I am 80 years old, male.

Regular checking of glucose levels including HbA1c (yearly) b. Ophthalmologist consultation for a retinal examination and eye checkup. (yearly) c. Renal function tests for kidney status (yearly) Keep control over glucose levels.
