How Can Diarrhea, Bad Breath, Fatigue, Low Appetite And Dizziness Be Managed In A 71-year-old?

my friend is 71 years old, has severe bouts of diarrhea, bad breath, fatigue and dizziness is on two meds- one for heart ejection the other for bp. She eats terribly- a muffin in am with coffee, a sandwich at lunch, and a slice of lemon merengue pie later on, or some ice cream . I tell her she does not eat enough.. she is 5 6 and weighs 110 lb. I am really becoming concerned about her. It sounds like she is starving.
