How Can Difficulty In Defecation, Yellow Discharge And Mucus In Stool Be Treated?
I Had diverticulitous last year with abcess, lately ive not been passing stools very much and when i did go there was clear mucus when i wiped myself, this morning i passed wind and felt i had followed through, i went to the toilet and i had bright yellow fluid coming from my anus.. Can you help

As a first line management, you can take laxatives like Lactulose for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
A colonoscopy is required for further assessment.
The mucus discharge may be normal anal mucus arising due to long-standing constipation.
