Hello,

Your symptoms are

-Dizziness
-Blurred vision
-Tingling sensation in the head.

Possible causes are like

1. Migranous headache with aura.
2. BPPV.
3. Vestibular migraine.
4. Hypotension .
5. Myocardial infarction. etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please check your vestibular apparatus function, check your blood pressure, ECG and EEG. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
