How Can Dizziness With GI And Sinus Infections Be Treated?

I have IgA deficiency and get usually around 10 infections a year. I m female, 21, exercise regularly, eat healthy and have good mental health. Lately when I ve been getting into bed at night, I m miserably dizzy with my eyes shut. Once I open them, everything is fine, but shut is spinning that gradually gets worse. Should I be worried? I don t normally get ear infections, normally just GI and sinus infections.
