How Can Dryness And Burning Sensation In The Eyes Be Managed In A Person Suffering From Oral Lichen Planus?

I have auto immune have been fighting oral lichen plants. I have been unable to take any meds given to me. ——— four days ago I received a steroid shot and now my eyes are bothering me with a dry feeling and burning. can you offer me helporadvice?

Hello,

You may use just tear eye drops for eye lubrication and well hydrated. For dry mouth, you may use Orolub solutions to keep moisture. Get treatment for lichen planus.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/oral pathology they will examine and treat you accordingly.
