Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First, allow me to say that you need to ask for help from a psychiatrist because Bulimia is a serious problem and needs help from professional people. But do not be afraid of these because if you ask for help, then soon everything is going to be all right.

In my opinion, you can also talk about this with your boyfriend, and I am sure he will be on your side and will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
