Stay away from alcohol,
smoking or other addictions if any. Maintain your sleep time, take quality sleep. Avoid sedentary life, stay active. Take boiled food for 2-3 months. You can take food cooked in olive oil. Avoid
trans fat, full fat dairy products, red meat, refined flour, etc. Strict control of diet will help to reduce elevated bilirubin level and reduce symptoms. Take boiled water after it gets cool.
Avoid taking fried food, oily food, junk and packaged food. Take berries, fruits, veggies and lean protein take well cooked whole cereals. You can take liver tonic, Liv-52 and food that is good for the liver. You can take enzymes to help digestion. Stay at rest avoid doing heavy work or strenuous exercises.
