Hello,

Elevated pressure in eye is glaucoma; it can be treated by eye drop tablet and surgery like trabeculectomy option according to requirement to be decided by treating doctor.
lantaprost and beta blocker drugs can be used, in case of beta blocker, heart rate is to be monitored as there can be cardiac arrest.

With medication intraocular pressure is to be monitored, field tracing is to be done and gonioscopy and-slit lamp examination can also be done to know the type of glaucoma water drinking test and dark room test can be done with monitoring of IOP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
