I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2002, I had the surgery and it came right back....I would like to say that it came back a little more painful with sharp shooting pains. I started to realize in February that my period had changed up to the point where I was cramping in my bottom and it was so painful that I could not have a bowel. Ever since then I have been having extremely painful periods and I am at a wits end of what I should do
