How Can Excess Skin After Circumcision Be Removed?
My 2 year old got a circumcision when he was born, but I dont think the doc took enough foreskin. He is compiling of penis pain with every diaper change. The foreskin never fully receded to make the mushroom cap penis tip either. Does he need to have a surgery to correct this?

To get the best opinion I highly recommend that you take him to a pediatric urologist. If you reside in a small community that does not have a pediatric urologist, it will be well worth a drive to a community that does.
