Hello,

You are suffering from excessive sexual arousal, you get horny so much that it hurts. You can physically manage the pain and discomfort by applying ice to the pelvic area affected or taking an ice bath. You can apply topical pain-relieving creams or moisturizers like Vagisan cream to prevent dryness in the areas affected. You can take acetaminophen, one SOS to get relief from hurt. Take care of your hygiene always use gentle, fragrance-free soaps on the outside of the vagina and avoid using products inside the vagina.

Avoid douching. Avoid shaving if it irritates the surrounding skin. Maintain hygiene. It can be treated by increasing the quality of life. Keep yourself busy by reading good books, maintaining garden, eating quality balanced food, switching to healthy lifestyle, walking, exercising, etc. You are suggested to get connected with a Physical therapist get CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy done.

CBT will help to identify the triggers & help to provide some coping and distraction techniques to help manage physical symptoms. CBT will also help to manage stress, anxiety and depression. You can get clinically examined by a Gynae, you may be recommended electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) to treat Psychological symptoms. Stay away from addictions if any. Topical and oral medications that can help with vaginal dryness. If you have a viral infection, a doctor might prescribe antivirals.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
