Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello there, there are certain key information that you have not given, (the persons age, how long has been using it?, has he stopped using it for the last 2 days?, has he been using any other substance? has he been on any other medications for any chronic illness? ) the symptoms that you have mentioned could be a result of the current usage of the substance or it could be because of withdrawals of the substance. I would advise you o take him to a psychiatrist at the earliest and he might require in patient treatment for the same.
