Welcome and thank you for asking! I have gone carefully through your concern. There may be three problems causing your fatigue and other symptoms you reported. First the dose of levothyroxine may be incorrect and you have to check the TSH level. Secondly after the parathyroid removal hypocalcemia may happen and cause the above symptoms. Third, an anemia due to blood loss may have happened and cause you fatigue. So you have to check; -TSH level -A full blood count -Calcium level Feel free to attach the above results. It will be a pleasure to help you further. Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
