How Can Eye Floaters Be Treated?

Hey, I have had visual snow in my eyes, (seeing static/flashing tiny dots in my vision) and was wondering if there is a way to cure it? Also sometimes when I stretch my head and face gets hot and the visual snow gets stronger until I m blind for a few seconds.
