Understanding your concern. As per your query you have face, forehead, nose, cheek and mouth darkening which could be due to allergic reaction and increased skin sensitivity. It varies from person to person sensitivity. Need not to worry about it, I would suggest you to use a broad spectrum antifungal and sunscreen, regularly, throughout the day. You may also use a cream containing one or more of the pigment reducing agents like kojic acid, hydroquinone, glycolic acid. You have to apply Vitamin C and vitamin A in capsule form which you have to break open and apply once daily. You should visit pediatrician and get it examined once to change the medication course and find alternative medication for fungal infection. Maintain hydration of your child. Keep area lubricated to prevent from cracking.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
