How Can Face Patches With Dots Be Treated?

I have some tiny white dots and patches all over my face. I took treatment for acne (Sotret and Kojic cream) some three years ago and they have been there since. They don t itch or anything. Just that they make my skin look older and uneven. I have shown it to several doctors and applied anti-bacterial and anti-fungal creams as well. Nothing has helped.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

Glycolic acid gel 6% may be applied daily at night. And cleanse the face with glycolic acid containing face wash.
