How Can Facial Irritation And Redness Be Treated?

Hello Sir/Maam! I would like to ask you a question related to skin.Actually,i was using skin cream Mela Care suggested by my friend for a week. But now having problems in my skin. May b cream reaction near to mouth all readness n its irritating me. Can u suggest me which cream should i use. Thanking You! Regards, Deepa Thapa

The cream that you have mentioned here is a prescription product and should never be used on a friend's casual advice.
This cream contains a combination of ingredients like tretinoin, hydroquinone and a potent steroid, mometasone.
Tretinoin and hydroquinone are irritants and may cause redness/ irritation and discomfort, if applied to sensitive skin areas like perioral and perinasal areas.

You should immediately discontinue this cream. Use a gentke cleanser for face wash and avoid soaps.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate cream, twice daily for a few days, at the affected area.
This is a prescription product and I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
