Understanding your concern. As per your query you have facial pimples with irritation and scratching sensations which is very common in growing age group. It could due to hormonal imbalances, stress, poor hygiene as it is formed due to clogged facial pores that get infected with bacteria. I would suggest you to apply cream rich in Azelaic acid or Kojic acid and apply twice daily. It will lighten pigmentation on skin. You can visit dermatologist once and can go for chemical peeling or micro abrasion if your symptoms keeps on persisting. Take supplements rich in vitamin C. Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30, it will prevent further skin pigmentation. Drink plenty of fluids.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
