How Can Fatigue, Poor Metabolism And Weight Gain Be Treated?

i recently had no energy what so ever im tired but can't go to sleep i want to do daily activities but im stressed out all the time and i wan't get my matabolism back i can't loose my weight because when i try to i lose it then it comes back again! what should i do?

there are multiple symptoms for the above said symptoms..
get these blood workup
CBP
thyroid and liver function tests
plasma albumin levels
blood sugars
adrenal function tests..
i would advise you to visit a physician for a thorough evaluation and get necessary investigations done..
there can be multiple causes for generalized weakness depending on age.i suspect thyroid issue or anemia in your case..
treatment depends on reports
