One year ago I had impacted bowels, since then nothing has given me relief, I'm now bloated (as though someone is pumping air in my body) I'm fatigued, just not feeling well, gained like 25 lbs no idea what is going on but i'd like to get back to myself

Hi,

If this was the history of impacted bowel and treated well.
So now it can not be the same again and it seems to be a psychological condition you must be having like a hallucination.

Of course, it can be indigestion but it is not the illness in the real sense so no need to worry about it but try to change the diet only and stay away from the stress

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
