How Can Fever Along With Headache, Appetite Loss And Fatigue Be Treated?
I have been sick since Friday . Went to ER on sat and my doctor on Monday . Still not feeling any better. I am running a temp.,have a headache, no appetite,very fatigued,and weak. I feel as if I will pass out every time I stand up. The ER started me on antibiotics and my doctor added Claritin and Flonase I have had no improvement

In case of infection headache and muscle pain can occur as constitutional symptom. You have to maintain hydration with lots of water. You are advisable to take fruits and healthy diet more. It takes few days to improve fully from infection. I suggest you to investigate with CBC, SGOT, SGPT and CRP estimation for further work up.
