How Can Fever And Vomiting In A Child Be Treated?

Sir My baby 5 year girl omiting and dehydration and she feeling lot of cold, v tried abugesic plus syrup but cannot effect, fever coming in three hours after syrup, now v tried crocin syrup...... pls suggest me what i will do now..... Fever goes 102 .... Pls help

Hi,

You should give Crocin-ds (250mg/5ml) 5ml q 4-6hrly for 2 days, it seems like a viral infection, it'll go away in 5-7 days.

I'm more concerned about vomiting and dehydration. Your doctor should assess the degree of dehydration and ask for admission if it's necessary.
