How Can Fever, Headache, Vomiting With Stomach Rumbling Be Treated?

My daughter had a headache yesterday but no temp. She seemed fine all day and ate like normal. This morning around 9:30 am, she vomited once and had a 100.3 temp. Gave here children s Tylenol and around 11:30 she started sipping flat 7-up. fever is going down and she is keeping the liquids down so far but her stomach is growling and she is asking for crackers. When can I give here something to eat?

Hi...You can start giving her anything to eat right away.
It seems your kid is might start to have viral diarrhea. Once it starts it will take 5-7 days to completely get better. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
I suggest you use zinc supplements (Z&D drops 1ml once daily for 14 days) & ORS (Each small packet mixed in 200ml of potable water and keep giving sip by sip) as hydration is very important and crucial part of treatment. If there is vomiting you can use Syrup Ondansetron as prescribed by your pediatrician.
