How Can Fever, Stomach Discomfort, Diarrhea And Abdominal Discomfort Be Treated?

Hi doctor, Day before yesterday I had some roadside food. Soon i had fever and an uncomfortable tummy. After i took crocin, the figure subsided, but the frequency of stools is still high (about 20 times yesterday). The stool is not watery, but there is abdominal discomfort. Took 2 tablets of norflox-tz and 3 vizylacs yesterday, but only partial benefit. Should I go for imosec today?

hi
you have gastroenteritis ....First, stay away from foods irritating the stomach such as eating hot, sour. and better eating boiled potatoes and hot drink.
second you need antibiotics and anti spasm .. you can continue with norflox 2 times for 3 days and flagyl 3 times daily for 3 days . no need to anything else.
