Hello

Your findings suggests uterus is enlarged in size and there is also presence of two fibroids in the uterus(one in fundal region and another is in left side of uterus).
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age, complications of fibroid, family status etc.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.

Since you have complain of heavy period,it may be related to fibroid.
Surgical removal can be the option in your age group. It can be done after proper evaluation.

There are also calcifications in the cervix,it may be due to many reasons like sequel of past infection etc.

Get well soon.
Take Care
