DR. i had unprotected intercourse with wife, and she was having some infection that time we didn t notice. After knowing the infection we went to gynecologist and she given treatment. Gyno advised me to take FAS-3kit course as infection may effect me too. That time i had only itching on my outer skin tip. i had completed the course but my wife still on course given for 6 days. Now i am feeling pain while urinating and my foreskin is showing small cuts on outer skin. which is very painful. kindly advise me what to do now, as the gynecologist we consulted was lady i did not get inspected for the itching that time. now kindly advise me what may be the problem and whom to consult, urologist or dermatologist?

Urologist will be the appropriate specialist to be consultated.
Reason for problem in your case is abrasions on the foreskin caused during intercourse and now they might be infected and infection is extending towards urethra.
Plenty of water avoid soap & shampoos at the tip of your penis.
use fucidin cream at forskin start tab cipro 500mg twice daily for 5 days.
