Hi, Ive had surgery a week ago on my inner groin and testicle sack for the removal of a cyst (folliculitis). The surgeon used dissolvable stitches and both wounds have open right up and are ouzing with fliuds. There is also a foul odor coming from the wound could you please advise me of what to do. thanks
