How Can Future Conceptions Be Avoided Safely?

My penis is 17 inches long and I m afraid it s to big every time I ejaculate about 5 to 6 oz. Or more Of seaman comes out and my wife is worried because we just had triplets boys and she doesn t want to try again to have children even though she wants a girl what do I do ?

I can understand that it is probably hard to find condoms that fit, but if you can, then you should consider using condoms of some kind. Besides that, and especially in light of the fact that you have triplets and do not sound ready to have more children, she should consider some form of reversible birth control that does not involve a delay in pursuing future children. An excellent choice would be the Mirena IUD.
