How Can Genital Area Skin Burning With Bleeding Be Treated?

I tried using nair down low to see if it would work better than shaving and it was done at first and then started burning. When I went to wipe it off because it was burning, I kept wiping up blood. I think it literally burning my skin off. How can I treat it or give it relief till it heals?

Hi and welcome to HCM
Firstly do keep in mind that hair removal products are not designed for delicate genital skin. And always check for skin reactions before you use them in any case.
As for the irritated area keep it clean and dry as possible. Avoid underwear for now. Wear only cotton ones if needed. Clean the area with plain water or saline solution and gentle soap. Don't use any harsh chemicals.
Apply a steroid-antibiotic cream such as flutibact or fusee-b lightly twice daily for a week till the redness swelling and burning subsides.
You can also take a five day course of augmentin tabs 625 mg twice a day.
If you have severe symptoms, skin still peeling or more rashes, pus, blackening of skin do consult a dermatologist immediately.
