Hi I had a tkr of my right knee 3 yrs ago and my hip started to hurt. I have now narrowed the source of the pain to a small muscle at the bottom of my gluteus, maybe obturator internus? I have been working with pt to strengthen the quads & doing clamshell rotator type exercises massively aggravates that area. What should I do to get some relief?
