I was playing baseball the other day and I went to slide. I slit feet first and my left hand must have hit the ground. I didn't notice anything at first but after about 15 minutes i noticed it was sore. For about a week now it has been sore if I extend it too far. There is also a slight bump on the pinky side of my wrist just in front of the bone there. I was wondering what this may be
