How Can Hands And Feet Swelling With Pain Be Treated?

I m female, 48 years of age, just moved to FL recently from TX... Since being here, my hands and feet are constantly swollen, and painful. Every time I get out of bed in the morning, it is very painful to stand on my feet... It takes a few minutes of walking, before my feet feel fairly normal. My hands seem swollen all the time, and, always, when I grip it s painful for both hands. But, they hurt all the time. Any suggestions?
