How Can Headaches Along With Dizziness And Throat Ache Be Treated?

I had a ct scan done and they found extra lymth nodes, i get headaches, dizzy spells, I have a rash on my throat, and my throat hurts alot. I also have upper back pain that travels down to my left arm and up the back of my neck. please help what should i do?

Hi,

You may be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. It may be due to viral or bacterial.

It may cause lymph node enlargement. Dizziness may be due to BPPV or hypotension or cardiac dysfunction or central nervous system causes.

It may be due to the middle ear infection or eustachian tube block also.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Vertin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
