How Can Headaches And Dizziness Be Treated?

I am 17 yrs old, male pretty healthy athlete and good student. About 3 months ago I was playing basketball and i got slammed in both of my eyes by another players fingers. Didn t thing anything of it but recently I am getting dizzy when I get up and I am getting headaches. Do you have any idea?? Also about a year ago I have a bump lower right side of my head and when I look randomly at something sometimes the back of my head twitches....I know this sounds weird, but those are my symptoms..Thank You for your help

Based on your symptoms it looks like you have headache which could be due to simple reasons like migraine, tension type or sometimes due to serious causes due to brain problems. Dizziness which increases with head position probably indicate positional vertigo.

So I personally feel you need to see a Neurologist to know the cause of headache and dizziness.
