General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Take low salt diet, 30 minutes daily walk.
If your BP doesn't control despite these measures, you will have to take medication.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rana Ahsan Javed, General & Family Physician
