How Can Healthy Weight Be Gained?

Hi, I am varun. Height 5.9 & weight is 62 kg. I want to gain weight so i exercise daily & try to increase my diet (includes protein) but unable to gain weight in a year. Increasing my diet only produces too much gas in my stomach specially after having milk in the morning.

hi,
welcome to hcm
firstly, you must know that 62 kgs for your height is a very healthy weight!
Besides, weight varies with the Basal Metabolic Rate which differs with individuals.
However, if one still wishes to gain weight, it can be by intake of adequate diet, consisting of protein and calories, and with moderate exercise.
For me to be in a position to advice you with the precise diet, i need to know your age, and current details of diet.
Considering the need for detailed information, i would suggest you to consult a dietician for proper advice regarding the changes that needs to be made for a desired weight.

welcome for further suggestions.
Regards,
