Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have to check up for what type of hearing loss your having. Is it due to conductive problems or nerve problem etc.

Tinnitus may common in hearing loss patients it may also caused by Eustachian tube block or infection or arrhythmia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid cool drinks and frozen water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Cognix Plus. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
