Hello
welcome to HCM.
If the heart stops your brain will not get blood supply and you will have serious complications. In your case you feel dizzy and and tingling sensation in the head and hands. So in your case the heart didn't stop but it skips a beat I suppose. We must get you evaluated for the same. I recommend you and ECG at first. If the ECG is normal, then you should undergo a 24 HR Holter monitoring, in which a small machine is attached to your waist with leads on your chest and you are sent home. The machine records your ECG throughout the day while you do your normal activities. You are also provided a log where you can jot down what activities you were doing with the time and also you can mention the time when you feel these symptoms. After 24 hrs when the machine is removed, the recordingsare evaluated to see the presence of heart rhythm disturbances. Your symptoms can also be correlated with the ECG of the time of your symptoms. This will give you the definitive answer of whether you have a skipped beat . Your description of heart stop here is unlikely.
Please do the Holter monitoring test and revert back with the results.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
