How Can High Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated While Suffering From Diabetes?

My name is Robert, - I have high blood pressure & can not seem to lower it . It seems to vary between 170 &187 before having any food.. I am taking Furosemide, Carvedilo, & Hydralazine, all at the same time. Please help me to lower my blood pressure. I also have Diabetes.
