Hello riya;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Ovulation does not give rise to any sort of pain in body so if you are getting pain in hip bones in evening it can be due to calcium deficiency;tiredness or a generalised weakness so start on some calcium supplements and if the pain is severe then you can take a painkiller.
Thanks

hi welcome to HCM.ovulation wont cause any bodily pains.but some people may get lower abdominal pain during ovulation but its not considered as positive sign of ovulation.ovulation diagnosed br many methods like basal body temparature,LH surge measuring,by ultrasonography examination.your hip pains are because of tiredness or calcium deficiency.
Pediatrician, Infectious Diseases Dr. Hema Yadav's  Response
Hello Riya
Welcome to HCM
The menstrual cycle of females is usually a 28 day cycle with ovulation occurring around the mid cycle (day 14) but this varies from person to person
Also few females may experience mid cycle mild pain in abdomen-pelvis corresponding to ovulation but it is not exactly timed or so.
It does not happen to everyone.
So kindly consult a doctor if you feel pain in your bones to rule out other causes.
Also if you are wanting to conceive ,remember that one cannot exactly guess the day of ovulation so it's best to try over the entire mid cycle fertile period say9-20 days
Thank you
