hello Dr Samuel, Im a 45yr old woman with 26yrs of opiod use. I hav just been prescribed LYRICA 75mg Captules, 1 bd. I m also currently taking prescribed ALPRAZOLAM 1mg. I hav been opiod-free for approx. 3mths now. Thanku for any feedback you can advise me on. Jane.

Congratulations on being abstinent for three months. Please discuss with your doctor regarding the option of using naltrexone in order to reduce craving and to ensure that you remain abstinent.
