How Can I Conceive Again?

I am 47 years old had a baby at 45 conceived him within 3 months. Trying again but 11 months on no luck. I'm ovulating according to doctors but I'm not sure if I'm producing eggs as I'm not pregnant. I'm taking fertiaid for the last month any help would be great getting desperate as time is ticking away
