How Can I Control Masturbation?

Sir , I have a problem of masturbation .I have strong sexual desires , that s why I do masturbation 3-4 times daily . this causes a lot of weaknesses , stress , lack in concentration , lack in studies etc. so please give me some suggestions or tips to get rid of it

I understand your concerns about masturbation.
Masturbation itself is a normal part of sexual enjoyment and does not have any adverse effect on health. There is nothing like 'excessive'.
It is true that one may feel fatigue after masturbating three to four times.
MASTURBATION DOES NOT HAVE ANY HEALTH HAZARDS including body weakness.
Stress and lack of concentration can be overcome by relaxation, yoga and psychological counseling with psychiatrist/sex therapist.
Stress can be minimized by adequate sleep(7-8 hours) and following lifestyle changes.
1.Pass some time with sports and your friends.
2. Pass time with your family members to have formal talk or gossip of the day.
3. See some good entertainment TV programs daily.
4. Go for regular physical exercises daily like running, jogging, and swimming, cycling.
