Hi, I am healthy but it is hard for me to gain my weight for even 1kg. I am fairly tall for an Asian (175 cm) and this make me look very skinny because my weight just below 55kg. It s say genetics, but some people put on muscle and fat easier than others. I like to eat many kind of foods, hundreds of calories but I love more vegetables and fruits. I want to try drinking protein but is it really work? Best, Finn
