Hi,

Welcome to healthcare magic. I have read your question.

I would like to reply as below:

1) PCOD is not a disease and dont worry.

2) Contraceptives will regularise periods momentarily but dont solve infertility problem.

3) Please reduce weight and see an IVF centre for follicular growth scan.

4) Check if laparoscopic drilling of ovaries is required.

If you have any further queries, let me know so that I can help you much better.

Wish you good health.

Dr. Soumya
